To use, simply unscrew Engraver Pen from the bottom section turning counter-clockwise. Insert battery positive (+) end facing up.
Hold the Engrave-It like you would a pencil, with your thumb over the control button.
 
Press the contro; button in with your thumb. Applying slight pressure, press tool down on surface to be engarved. Hold it at a slight angle (like you would a pencil).
 
To turn off simply release thumb pressure from the control button.
 
To replace the tip grasp gently and pull out. Firmly push new tip in.
